Brief Answer:
It may be due to oral ulcer.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. As per your age and history, you have blood in mouth on regular basis, so I think it may be due to any oral ulcer or mouth sore. cause for that may be continuous irritation by any of the sharp tooth or nutritional deficiency, improper diet, stress.

I'd suggest you to take tab. multivitamin containing vitamin C. You can apply lignocaine jelly locally for pain. As these are prescription medication, kindly consult with your doctor. You may require complete blood count, PT/INR after consultation. Take proper balanced diet. Be stress free. Get your dental checkup. Kindly follow up if you have any query. Take care.
