What Causes Drowsiness And Heaviness In Eyes Despite Complete Rest?
Question: even after 6-7 hours of sleep, i still feel drowsy and eyes get heavy at times. is there something I should get checked for?

Thank you for the quick response Doctor. I usually work till 11PM. Recently like 2 months ago, I got engaged, and since then I'm having irregular sleep timings, could that be the reason?
