Brief Answer:
More information needed about tests done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion there are two conditions as possible cause of your symptoms:
1. Vascular Dementia
2.Cerebral Vasculitis.

If your symptoms are progressing, certainly you need complete evaluation and check up in order to obtain a diagnosis of your condition.

I need more information about tests you gone through and if there was a Neurologist evaluation and opinion about your condition in order to understand better your concerns and guide you through.

About CT scan results, were the strokes hemorrhagic or ischemic ones?

Best way to treat you is a careful general and neurological examination followed by appropriate tests in order to obtain a diagnosis.

At this point a brain MRI/ MRA is necessary for a appropriate diagnosis of your condition.

Proper treatment should be clear after the correct diagnosis is achieved.

I suggest you to discuss with your treating Doctor above mentioned possibilities, and feel free to share tests and their results.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
