What Causes Diarrhea, Headache And Dizziness?
Question: What could be wrong given these symptoms:
fatigue
diarrhea with mucus à 2 weeks
easy bruising
dizziness upon standing, worse in mornings
headaches sometimes leading to migraines
poor appetite
irritability
excessive gas and belching
itching legs, severe at night
CBC and chem panel normal
no other bloodwork performed
fallopian tube removal 7/16/2017
gallbladder removed 1/5/2017
csection Ã2 ( 1 transverse)

I read your question and i understand your concern. With work up normal, this headache, fatigue, dizziness and poor appetite with gastric discomfort of belching indicate psychological risk factors for irritable bowel syndrome. Fatigue has so many causes from depression and stress to many organic causes all of which need to be worked up for. Hormonal assays for thyroid, corticosteroids is needed. Sleep disorders on its own can cause alot of fatigue so insomnia needs to be taken care of. Low doses of tricyclic antidepressants have been proven useful to help with fatigue. Itching legs at night if no local erythema or nodules then needs supportive antihistamines . Consul your physician and psychologist and let them decide what is best for you.
