What Causes Discomfort Feeling After Having Cefdinir?

default
Posted on Wed, 1 Apr 2015
Question: I started taking Cefdinir Monday. I don't know if I'm having a reaction to the drug or if it's just fighting the infection and I'm "in the middle." I get sort of a "lights-out" feeling. It may be because it's fighting whatever is in my head.

Brief Answer:
This is the side effect of Cefdinir

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to the health care magic
I had gone through your question and i can understand your concern

Cefdinir may produce certain side effects like drowsiness and mood changes like confusion

whatever you are experiencing is just a side effect of Cefdinir
In my opinion you should consult your doctor for another alternative antibiotic if such symptoms are intolerable

Hope this helps you, feel free to ask further questions
Regards
