Brief Answer:
stool examination needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.

If there is blood in the stool, you need to do stool examination, stool culture and typhidot test.
It will detect blood in the stool, also culture report will tell us about the causative organism.
So after culture and stool routine report we can think of antibiotics.
Till then you can give probiotics and oral rehydration solution.

MMR vaccine will not cause such a problem, it is due to some infection in gut. Please upload the ultrasound reports and other reports, so that I am better able to help you.

Hope I helped you.

reports not visible

Detailed Answer:

Sorry to say , but I can not see the attachment.
Please upload it again.
But as you said the report so far is normal then there may be nothing to worry. It may be viral infection.
Antibiotics should be awaited till the culture report comes.
Till continue the treatment given by treating doctor.
Hope i helped you.

Hello Doctor,

As far as the result are concern everything are normal and only the stool culture is not completed yet but its also good as far now , we believe to get the complete result by tomorrow . And baby have been discharged yesterday from hospital since he no blood strain in his stool so doctor given some medication to take home were for rehydration and something to harden the stool . But today he had four times lose motion ,1st in the morning he had blood in his stool ,2nd in the after noon , 3rd in evening and 4th about in the night but the blood strain in the stool seems to be reduced gradually from one to another times he pass motion . so my concern is that whether i continue with the medication and meet doctor on tuesday or else i take him tommorrow or take him now . And the baby is fine, good and also very actively playing as usual and continuing with the medication

THANK YOU

Brief Answer:
These are normal reports

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.
As far as the reports are concerned they all are normal.
It may take 7 to 10 days to get the complete recovery if its viral.
And as you said the baby is active and blood in the stool is reduced, I will advise you to wait for culture report to come.
Till then you can continue with the medication given by the doctor.
Hope I helped you.

Hello Doctor ,

Today i take my baby to the hospital so the doctor said his stool culture were fine and give him so antibiotics ,rehydration to harden the stool and take his early morning stool for culture again he also asked us to visit him on thursday . As i said you before his stool shows reduced blood strains gradually but its seems to be higher one time , lower another time and sometime nothing because baby early morning motion contain blood but i see nothing at home so we still confused about this uneven stool appearance . And today evening also contain blood strains but we dont know what actully to be done . SO SHALL I CONTINUE WITH
MEDICATION NOW TILL THURSDAY or anthing can be done ? Is the treatment not working ? Since we see blood in the stool we feel very worried . Is this condition normal or im over acting it ? what you view doctor

THANK YOU .

Brief Answer:
Wait till thursday

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up.

I think if the baby is doing well except blood in the stool, you can wait till thursday.
Most of the time we confuse red substance in the stool with blood, so I will advise you to do stool examination for occult blood along with routine and microscopy.
If you have already done that please upload the reports.
If your baby still not getting the response then food allergy also need to be excluded.
Polyp and fissures also should be ruled out.

Hope I helped you.
