Brief Answer:
ipill usage

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to healthcare magic.com,

iF YOUR WIFE'S DUE MENSES WAS ON 19TH and she has taken ipill on 18th within 72 hrs of unprotected intercourse, then it is likely that her periods would start only by next 7 days as withdrawal bleeding.i.e only by 26th.
Also as the intercourse was during the last week of the cycle it is likely that the ovum would have dissolute thereby further decreasing the chances of pregnancy.

The bleeding following ipill usually starts only after 7 days and once bleeding occurs it rules out pregnancy.
I hope i have answered your query,
Regards
