Brief Answer:
Get him checked

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually if face turns black while crying it indicates that oxygen saturation is dropping.
This can occur in babies with congenital heart disease like pulmonary stenosis even after BPV.
This is because of residual block or associated anomalies.
I would suggest you to consult your doctor immediately.
Her saturation needs to be checked and echo if required.
Wishing your child speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
