Brief Answer:
Hypo alchemical to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
Thanks for posting to us.

It would be better if you can just tell me what all investigations you had.

Cramps in hands and legs , sticking in certain positions indicate a condition called carpopedal spasm. Most commonly this is caused by hypocalcemia. Hypomagnesimeais a less common cause.
A serum calcium estimation will help in this. If the total calcium is normal, we may need to do serum ionised calcium and magnesium levels too.
If confirmed, this can be managed by calcium supplements alone.
Your doctor will guide in this. You can approach an internal medicine specialist.

Meanwhile, include enough green leafy veges and fruits in your diet.

Hope this answer will help.
Be free to ask further questions if needed.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
