Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If the pain is progressing despite use of NSAIDS, muscle relaxants, physiotherapy and bed rest then the lower limbs and back should be examined. If there is associated abnormal bowel and bladder dysfunction then immediate assessment is required. Imaging investigations including x ray lumbosacral spine or an MRI can be advised accordingly to determine the cause and severity. Treatment would depend upon the cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
