Brief Answer:
Dizziness multiple causes, care steps provided.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness has many problems. it can either be due to inner ear problems like BPPV, viral infection of vestibular nerve, meniere" disease and migraine etc. Cardiovascular issues like low blood pressure etc can cause dizziness. Apart from it , medications, neurological illnesses, low blood sugar, low iron levels, overheating and dehydration and anxiety disorders can cause this dizziness episodes.

Till december 2nd, i would like you to take some antivert for the relief. Following precautions will help.
Avoid moving suddenly and walk with a cane for stability, if needed.
Fall-proof your home by removing tripping hazards such as area rugs and exposed electrical cords. Use nonslip mats on your bath and shower floors. Use good lighting.
Sit or lie down immediately when you feel dizzy. Lie still with your eyes closed in a darkened room if you're experiencing a severe episode of vertigo.
Avoid driving a car or operating heavy machinery if you experience frequent dizziness without warning.
Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, salt and tobacco. Excessive use of these substances can worsen your signs and symptoms.
Drink enough fluids, eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep and avoid stress.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
