Brief Answer: Details required Detailed Answer: Hello and welcome. Thanks for sharing your concern. Can you please mention what are the problems you are facing due to cavities in your mouth?I mean do you have any pain, bleeding or swelling? How many teeth are affected by cavity(caries)? There are two types of cavities, one is arrested cavity and the other is active cavity.Only the active cavity requires treatment while the other one is self healing by nature. Therefore please provide me the current symptoms for further suggestions in this regard. Awaiting your response. Thanks. Take care.

Hi Anshumala Invariably there is no pain, swelling or bleeding. The molars have no crown and similarly in three other tooth only root is left in which the food particles stays back after any meal for which if I do not use a toothpick, it gives foul smell. The tooth breaks into smaller pieces every now and then. Please feel free to contact me for any other details. Thanks XXXXX

Brief Answer: Advised crown and bridge Detailed Answer: Hello and thanks for reply. As you have mentioned that there are no significant symptoms like pain, bleeding or swelling. Therefore there is nothing to worry but please note, dental caries is infectious and affects the adjacent teeth one after the other. Therefore please get the treatment done. The teeth keeps fracturing due to load on them and due to there uneven shape as they have no crowns and only roots are left. This happens due to caries(cavity). In that case you require crown and bridge treatment. This will help in rebuilding the tooth structure again and thus the remaining portion can be saved. you can approach your nearest dentist and discuss about the treatment plan and cost after taking diagnostic x rays. For now to control bad breath you can use Hexidine .2% mouth wash after food for short duration, that is for a week. Hope it helps. Let me know for further doubts. Thanks. Take care.
