What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis After Intercourse?

Question: I get a burning-stinging sensation after having sex, or washing my penis with a towel. When I wash with only my hand the symptoms subside or are nonexistent. All tests I’ve had come up negative.

Burning and stinging sensation that yo get after sex is likely to be due to enlarged prostate associated with infection (Chronic Prostatitis).

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Upload reports of relevant test that you have carried out so far

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy
5) Semen examination and culture .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
