Question: Good evening! My question is, what medical condition do i have and what medication do ineed to take as OTC drug since i don't have health insurance yet?My nose is itchy and has burning sensation with discharges.I have frequent sneezing too and a mild headache.it was preceeded by blood stained boogers.Itchy and watery eye or sorethroat is not an issue for me.Thanks

actually,from what i remembered since i got this episode, this is my second time only and the bleeding is not bad. as i have mentioned earlier it's just the blood stained boogers. in fact i was thinking maybe because of my sneezing or when i blew my nose to remove those nasal discharges,but i those are just my opinion.what concerns me also is the pain or discomfort or burning inside my nose coupled by the itching.yes,i do have hypertension and i'm taking lisinopril 10mg daily as maintainance.i've never gone to see any family dr for almost a year now since i resigned from my job and i've barely gotten a new job and i don't have coverage until the ist week of may.so those xrays that you've suggested may not be possible until i get to see a primary md after i got an insurance.but is there any OTC drug that i can buy to at least relieve those symtoms for now.thanks

I just checked my bp and it was 139/97 HR 82,i'm 52 yrs old w/ family history of hypertension.I have 2 older brothers that has the same problem.No one has had history of strike hopefully,except my late father which was mild only accdg to the dr's finding at that time.But going back to my main question,what nasal spay would i buy and what medication for allergy?im taking loratadine 10 mg daily but seems not working.
