I have no history I am told that I am pre diabetic average blood sugar after 8 hours is 6.4. I do drink beer 2 bottles per day.
No bumps I think no swelling No problem walking or knee problem.
My schins feel almost like they are infected and warm.
Not all the time some times.
No other medical issues

It feels like they are inflammed

Hi.
Sorry for delayed reply.
As you have burning sensation in both leg and also you have mentioned about Diabetes, I would have asked for investigation like fasting and postprandial blood sugar.

It might be due to peripheral neuropathy, which will present with similar symptom as mentioned by you. It can be resulted from Diabetes. So I would suggest you to see physician for examination and further evaluation.

I would have prescribed you capsule becosules once daily for 15 days and would have reviewed after 15 days.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
