What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?
Question: Burning sensation when I urinate. Lot of itchiness down there. Uncomfortable feeing.

Most probably it might be urinary tract infections (UTI).This commonly occurs in your age group, however other things like vaginities,urethratis, etc. Should also be ruled out through physical examination. You might need a course of antibiotics before that it is adviciable to get unrinalysis test done and if positive urine culture and sensitive test subsequently.
Selection of Antibiotic further depends on these tests.
Anyhow drink plenty of water approx. 3-4 liters per day unless contra indicated because of any other medical Concerns.
