Question: Dear sir, my name is XXXXX and I am a 28 years old male, suddenly during last few days I have developed some 4 or 5 round lumps on the foreskin of my penis. These are causing itchiness on the whole penis area. These are just lumps and don't have any discharge or puss inside them as yet. I have been using anti fungal ointments, for sometime the itchiness goes, but again after few hours it starts. Also the lumps are not even decreasing in size. Please help me with a solution.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed few lumps on foreskin and there is itching of the genitals .

Itching of the genitals could be due to Diabetes and needs to get blood sugar tests done to confirm or rule out the same .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
