Brief Answer:
topical ointment + antibacterial soap.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns. It could be folliculitis ,a surface inflammation of the hair follicles on your buttock,or nodulo-cystic acne,

I will suggest you to wash your buttocks at least once daily in a hot shower. Choose an antibacterial soap your skin tolerates. Apply benzoyl-peroxide ointment to your buttocks once a day for 5-7 days.
If there is discharge of pus, it is advisable to take a course of antibiotic such as tetracycline ( standard doses - 250–500 mg bid ) or doxycycline (standard doses-100 mg bid ) for at least 05 days. Your local doctor will know about it.

Brief Answer:
Fluid filled eruptions

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Shingles will be mainly vesicular (fluid filled) eruption in clusters showing a dermatomal pattern. Of course it will give burning sensation, usually more intense.
Is it possible to have a photo of some of the lesions which can come into a frame?
