Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation and examination

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. The question has an answer in it. Blurry vision is likely caused by cataracts in your case. I would like you to visit an ophthalmologist, let them examine eyes, do visual acuity test, assess pressure of eye fluids and then correlate clinically, as blurred vision has both local eye causes as well as hundreds of systemic causes. On step at a time. My suspicion is of local eye causes like age related visual acuity loss, lens issues, metabolic causes like diabetes, macular degeneration, and many other causes need to be sorted out. Talk to an ophthalmologist and hope for the best.

I hope it helps . Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
