What does hunger with muscle tone loss in people with legal blindness suggest?

Hi I m a 43 yo male 5 10 140.Actually Im a slender and pretty healthy guy.I do have legal blindness due to genetic macular degeneration.Like I said ,pretty healthy tho - not depressed etc. anyway for the past two months Im always hungry - even within a hour of eating.Ive also notices alot of muscle tone loss - any thoughts?

The loss of muscle tone can happen due to a lack of regular exercise. Taking a protein rich diet will help in both the problems.
