Question: My father died yesterday morning, suddenly, he was found with alot of blood coming out of his mouth, what causes blood to pour out someone's mouth?

There are several possible causes and most commonly in sudden death there is pulmonary embolism as a cause and it means that artery in lungs clogged, it happens in people who had some chronic lung or heart dieseases, hypertension, venous thrombosis in legs or after long sitting or laying.
Also, some lung acute disorders such as arterial rupture, excessive couging due to lung oedema or there was tongue bite during the last seconds of life.
In every case, exact cause can be seen on autopsy.
