Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
You had applied oregano over the genital warts. Although it is a known home remedy for genital warts but in some patients it can cause excessive irritation and reaction in the skin.
This is what seems to have happened in you as well.
First of all, you should try to keep the affected area clean and dry . Wash it with plain water twice a day and apply a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the affected areas twice a day .
In addition, take oral antihistamine like levocetrizine once a day.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .
Our main aim at this point should be to avoid any superadded infection over the area.
This treatment should help you and bring down the problem in two to three days.
Do not apply things like dettol or savlon or any other cleansers or yogurt over it.
Hope it helps
Please ask if you need any further clarifications
