Question: my husband took a shower and he was bleeding from his scodum..a lot of blood, we wiped it off then I could see a tiny spot of black substance..he is 83 .

Your husband has been having bleeding from his scrotum after bathing. You discovered what look like black specks on his scrotum. These black specks are actually blood vessels. They are called telaniectasia. There are blood vessels that dilate up to the skins surface and when ruptured can bleed profusely. They are not dangerous they are just a big nuisance. When he baths he needs to be careful and not rupture these blood vessels again. If they are a problem he can have them cauterized. Usually we do not do anything for them.
