Brief Answer:
could be due to bph

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

Bleeding from penis have many causes ranging from mild conditions to cancer.

In your case it could be due to bhp. In bhp as prostate enlarge it may rupture any artery over it and cause bleeding. Though cancer should always be ruled at your age because cancer also present only with bleeding till it reach higher stage.

I would suggest you to consult a urologist and undergo investigation like urine analysis and Cystoscopy or IVP to diagnose any stones in urinary tract and other cause of bleeding and also to rule out bladder or prostate cancer.

Depending upon the results further treatment would be advised.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
