oh thank you doctor. My doctor is from your generation you guys are the best. The pain started on both sides at the same time. I woke up with it about 2 days ago. I take the Luvox throughout the day 100 mg increments. Then I took 0.5 mg of klonopin when panic occured; fell asleep in awkward position. woke up with no increase in pain. Ate at Mcdonalds fatty food and sugar. Took one more 0.5 klonopin. Woke up with moderate pain on both sides. discontinued all medication for rest of day and into the next day because of fear of kidney damage.
Lifted baby next day and pain became severe. Mother convinced me to take 100 mg of luvox to at least avoid withdrawal. No vomiting. Slight fever 99. Yes pain radiates to front of abdomen. Unable to sleep. Pain relievers seemed to help but now I am still up with moderate to severe pain. 400 mg advil most recent dose 2 hours ago. Thank you for any information you can provide.

Brief Answer:
Muscle spasm more likely .

Detailed Answer:
Welcome dear .

Thanks for the details .

* More likely of muscle spasm .

* Suggestions at present

- Heating pad application 5 minutes each 4 times a day .
- Avoid sudden bending , weight lifting , awkward positions .
- Local application of analgesic ointment or spray containing diclofenac with
menthol will give better results .
- Continue Advil ( 400 ) mg 4 times a day after meals preferably with antacids
as ranitidine ( 150 ) mg 2 times a day .

* Consult as follow up after 24 hours about the pain recovery to decide further
line of action ( as ultrasound examination may be a requirement to rule out
other condition ) or early for further doubts .

Hope this will help you for sure .

Wishing you fine recovery .
Regards dear take care .
