Brief Answer:
Need to find the cause first ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would like to start by first letting you know that there are various causes for acid in the bladder and vagina. Each of these causes is treated differently and it is thus important to first diagnose the condition. They include:

+Urinary tract infections: Can be diagnosed with a urine analysis and urine culture and sensitivity examination. Treatment includes the use of antibiotics

+Stones in the renal tract: This can be diagnosed using an ultrasound KUB and treatment usually depends on the size of the stones but can include medications, drinking plenty of water and medical procedures

+Interstitial cystitis: Chronic condition in which the bladder does not receive adequate signals to empty the bladder sufficiently enough. Can be diagnosed using a cystoscopy, urine analysis and potassium tests. Treatment includes anti-histamines, anti-depressants, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

As for the acidity in and around the rectal region, this is a totally different condition and could most probably be related to an infection requiring antibiotic coverage again. I hope you understand how it is first important to find the cause and only then initiate treatment.

Please also feel free to write to me with your exact symptoms, so that I can better understand the cause and diagnosis made by any doctors you have already met ma'am. Once that is clear, I can help you with treatment options. I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
