Brief Answer:
Its not migraine

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
The further description given by you clears that this is not migraine.
This seems to be Acute Tension type Headache.
If on clinical examination and fundoscopy I find that my patient is absolutely normal I start treatment without any investigations.
In such scenario I advise to take a combination of Propanolol and Clonazepam in might for around 7 days. And in between try to reduce stress to minimum.
My patients respond very well to this.
You can discuss with your doctor about this.
XXXX if you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
Definitive answer can be given after clinical examination.
However with the available details the heaviness in eyes or forehead seems to be due to Tension type headache only.
I would advise you to take the medicine and revert back after a week with your current status
I wish you a speedy recovery.
If you have no further query please close the discussion and rate it.
