Brief Answer:
It is unrelated to masturbating

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear XXXXXXX

The act of masturbation or climax is associated with variable feeling of give away or fullness. Masturbation is a totally normal ,physiological and does not lead to any long term consequences or affects the testis.
As you have been masturbating for so long the perception of experiencing it could change, so there is no reason to be worried about . If there is absence of testicular pain following ejaculation them there is no cause for concern.

The cause of pain in sciatica is unrelated to ejaculation. Of the pain is severe and radiating then evaluation by your physician is important to rule out possibility of prolapsed disc.

Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for the response. I once had a sharp short time pain on my testicular tube immediately after a ejaculation long time back. And i never had simillar pain anytime after that.is it anything i need to worry about?

Just to be curious how will a semen look without a sperm?.can a prolonged daily mastrubation for more than 10 years leads to decrease sperm production?

Thanks in advance!

Brief Answer:
Masturbation does not reduce sperm count

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Thanks for getting back to me . Masturbation is totally normal and does not lead to reduction in sperm count. Also any reduction in spermatogenesis count does not alter the physical nature or color/consistency of semen.

Isolated episode of pain is not of concern. Rest be assured there is no cause for concern.

Wishing you a very happy and healthy life.
