Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. Injection site can show such swellings or indurations at times. This can take upto a month for complete resolution. There is no need for any treatment if it is not associated with redness, pain or increasing fluctuation (due to pus collection).

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
