Brief Answer:
It could be a lipoma. Needs to be examined clinically.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and have checked the attached images. It can be a lipoma, a deposition of fibrofatty tissue. However a clinical examination would be required in order to confirm. Unless it is gradually or rapidly growing in size, nothing needs to be done about it.

Brief Answer:
Unless it incerases in size nothing needs to be done about it.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
As I mentioned, a lipoma is a harmless deposition of fibrofatty tissue. unless it is leading to compression symptoms (unlikely in your case), nothing needs to be done about it. It does not resolve on its own and needs to be surgically removed, if at all.

The other possibilty to consider is a sebaceous cyst. It occurs when the opening of an oil secreting gland gets obstructed and the secretions get collected inside. It is harmless too and needs surgical removal if you need to get rid of it.

Dermoid cyst is another option. Once again, it needs to be surgically removed.

It is no use confusing you with the options unless a confirmation can be made via a direct examination.
