Brief Answer:
This is normal - don't worry please

Detailed Answer:
Hi...after taking detailed history, though I have not examined the child physically, I feel that this is normal.

Please do not worry. I feel that it is just a habit, which will go off as she grows up gradually.

Brief Answer:
No need for immediate medical attention

Detailed Answer:
Hi... some toddlers do this as a play. Walking backwards is also common.

Any how she's 15 months old. She is due for her 15th month vaccination too. When you go to your pediatrician fir vaccination, please ask him to check for her reflexes in the legs and hands after quoting the issue of toe walking.

This will sort out any further doubts we have.

Hi Doctor
Thank you so much.i got worried by reading on the google that toe walking is serious issue. I would to point my daughter is walking on toes only bare foot and only on floor. She walks fine with shoes. And on bed also on any other hard surface like bed without bed mattres.Sorry to bother you. But really got worried what is written on internet

Brief Answer:
You need not owrry - this could be a habit

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Please do not worry. This could just be a habit. As I suggested get the reflexes checked so that you can be rest assured. If I had examined the kid I would have straight away reassured you.

As you say it is happening only intermittently occasionally, I feel that it could be only a habit. Do not worry.
