Brief Answer:
Due to lack of sphincter/valvular action and coopedination is responsible

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The gastrointestinal tract has a movement called peristalsis which moves the food forward as it proceeds, gets absorbed, while the remainder gets converted into feces. The anal reconstruction has been required because the normal development of the gastrointestinal tract has become hampered. In such a case the sphincter system is not proper and the pressure on the gastrointestinal tract for expulsion of feces creates a reverse peristaltic wave which makes the child vomit out.

I would insist her to undertake abdominal exercises to strengthen the abdominal musculature. Meanwhile it would be preferable for her to take Lactulose syrup or psyllium husk regularly at dinner so that the stool remains soft. She also needs to take plenty of fluids to drink. Better control over the musculature should take care of the issue.
