What Causes 200/100 BP Reading, Swollen Limbs And Breathlessness While Lying Down?

Question: My blood preasure has been over 2oo/100 all weekend. My face legs feet and hands are swollen. I'm also having trouble breathing when I lie down or exert myself. Is this something to be seen in er or can I wait?
