Question: I am getting frequent stools. How to avoid it and what are the reasons behind it

I need more details.
Your age and how long you have this problem?
Where do you have daily meal, home or outside food majorly?
Do you have bowel movements immediately after food.
Do you see undigested food in the stool?
Do you see change in color, mucus or blood?
Do you feel incomplete stools?
Is it formed stools or unformed or watery?
Do you have stomach pain accompanied before or during stool?
I suggest to get stool microscopy.

I am 24,female.
I have majorly outside.
No.
No undigested food seen.
No mucus found.
No incomplete stools,actually how does incomplete stools feel like?
I guess formed stools

Instestinal hurry.

Hi,

You might have intestinal hurry. There can be certain substances your gut is not tolerating can be gluten, lactose few condiments etc. You should start doing trial and error and opting the best diet. Generally when you eat outside you would not know what are the ingredients they put. Maybe soda, ajinomoto etc.

I suggest getting done stool microscopy, hemogram CBC.

You can take Tab ALBENDA. This helps to kill worms.

you would not be absorbing certain vitamins if there is intestinal hurry. So better take multivitamin Tab Becosules.
