Brief Answer:
Get medications for spasticity under a Neurologist

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Injury to cord due to disc disease may cause spinal cord myelomalacia.
The resultant spasticity may be controlled by various drugs like baclofen, tolperisone, tizanidine.
The dose may be increased gradually according to response.
