Hi,

Rashes on the legs and chest could be due to dermatitis or fungal infection.

Brief Answer:
Pityriasis rosea, Answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like pityriasis rosea.
It is a reaction of skin to a viral infection.

Still I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the rashes?
Do you have itching or burning on these lesions?
Is there any history of fever, cough, cold or sore throat prior to the eruption?
Do you have any other complaints or taking any medicines?

Kindly revert with the answers so that I am better able to help you.

It started with one then two and all of a sudden all over the body. Does Not really itch. Rare when they itch. No burning. I though they fungus so i put on antifungal cream and it was burning. Only time it did burn. No fever, cold, cough or sore throat since i gotten these rashes. Nothing bothers me other than the rashes been on my body. Not tacking any medication.

Brief Answer:
Pityriasis rosea, mild topical steroid & antiviral medicine

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints and looking at the pictures it seems to be pityriasis rosea.
It is a self limiting viral infection which can take 6-8 weeks to resolve.
I would recommend you to apply a mild topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take tablet antiviral medicine like tablet acyclovir 400 mg thrice daily for 7 days.
Antiviral drugs are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
