Yes males can get yeast or candida infection.
They can have symptoms like itching white patches or discharge , red tiny rashes, cuts, difficulty in retracting foreskin due to phimosis in late stage etc.the yeast infection is called as balanitis or balanoposthitis. It may be more severe and persistent in diabetics and Immuno compromised individuals.
Partner also can have white discharge with itching.
