Brief Answer:
Iron overload

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Excess iron can get stored in organs including liver and heart. It can lead to diabetes, infertility and joint disease as well. It involves an elevated serum ferritin with a normal transferrin-iron saturation.

Symptoms include

chronic fatigue, generalized body and joint pains and aches, abdominal discomfort and pain, cardiac disease/ heart failure, skin changes (bronze), loss of libido , osteoarthritis.

Since you received iron, its likely that you are deficient in iron, you may upload your labs to guide you further.
