Question: yes Sir I took 2 UROVEC for uti and I found out it should have been only 1, so will there be a reaction?

It will not cause any reaction and you can take 1 tablet after 12 hours

Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
UROVEC contains antibiotic combination Tetracycline / phenazopyridine / sulfamethoxazole at concentration 125mg/250mg/50mg and given for treating urinary infections in adults.

Taking 2 doses of medicine on a single occasion will not cause any reaction. Please do not panic.

UROVEC dose is 1 tablet every 12 hours for 7 to 10 days and you can take the usual dose of 1 tablet after 12 hours. Please drink plenty of water and fluids and visit washroom regularly.
