S-zetalo has escitalopram in it and the excess dosage can cause anxiety, stomach discomfort, acidity, and sedation. IN some severe causes it may cause cardiac abnormalities and hence for the initial 24 hours the patient should ideally be under cardiac monitoring.

You had not mentioned anxiset in your first question. it is more harmful and cardiotoxic as compared to s-zetalo. However the side-effects generally last for 3-5 days after which things should settle down. However it would be wise to keep the patient under cardiac monitoring.
