Brief Answer:
Do not panic, look out for any abnormal cry or fever

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXX,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Mucolite drops contain ambroxol 7.5mg per ml and the normal recommended dosage is 7.5 mg twice a day.

There are no major effects other than mild abdominal discomfort.

Do not give the medicine again today or tomorrow, and consult your pediatrician if you have any doubts.

You need not panic, ambroxol is not known to cause any major toxic effects.

Hope this answers your query, please feel free to write back.

Kind regards
