Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for sending the query,

Assuming your doctor prescribed the levothyroxine for low thyroid function, you should hopefully feel progressively better while taking this medication. Side effects may be minimal, Some patients may experience palpitations or perhaps a bit of nausea when taking this medication but it is otherwise very well tolerated.

Regarding the magnesium - there should be no interaction with this and use of the levothyroxine.

Thanks again for sending the query,

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
