Question: Hi I am taking medicines oleanz plus 5mg, symbal 30mg and Szetalo 10mg, each one tablet at night, my question is what is the key ingredient of this tablets?

I am taking them regularly but I am on a different country from my doctor, I have been taking them for a while but it is not helping me enough for anxiety, so I want to know if there are any supplement that would help me and decrease the dose of my medicines.

The doses can definitely be modified under close monitoring by a psychiatrist as these drugs can cause adverse effects in case not taken properly.
I usually prescribe escitalopram in the dose of 10 mg twice a day but as you are not feeling fine so night time dose can be increases to 20 mg and then observed over next fifteen days.
These drugs take time of around 7-10 days for action as levels rise after a certain time.
So you can discuss this with your psychiatrist and try higher dose at night and if you feel better then it can be continued like that only and even morning dose can also be increased to 20 mg.
It is a safe drug and these are the commonest doses so most likely you will feel much better.
