What Are The Effects Of Missing An Insulin Dose?
Question: My husband forgot his insulin and medication. He will be without it till tomorrow afternoon till i get there. He is at our Lake home. Will he be ok? or should i take it now it is about a 2 1/2 hr drive?

No insulin means no control on sugars and the possibility of his sugars spiking to dangerously high levels. If it were me, i'd take the insulin up to him. I'm sorry for the inconvenience it would cause, but that's the realistic option in my mind.
