Question: Sir, I have an concerned regarding an issue with my penis as the foreskin of my penis is not retracting, I have also found that the XXXXXXX is connected to the foreskin inside. I am 29 years old and would like to do circumcision, I have had intercourse and didn't find any problem (had pleasure also ) but I have no idea whether the feeling obtained from the sex is same or is the real feeling cuz of the foreskin. I have attached a couple of pics to understand my situation.
(1) does it changes the pleasure factor , as I heard foreskin carries a lot of nerves which is sensitive?
(2) do i need a circumcision? if yes Please do suggest me which kind of procedure would be most suited for me, circumcision or any other procedure ;
(3) Does attachment to XXXXXXX affect me painfully ? risk in circumcision? healing time?
(4) does it has anything to do with the fertility and performance of the penis
(5) is circumcision good for the penis and health and sex?
(6) i have heard , semi circumcision (partial removal of skin) can also be done.. ?? suggestions
(7) which is sensitive XXXXXXX or the foreskin
(8) please suggest an appropriate methods (any method)( since i asked about circumcision please don't just answer related to it.. )

Thank you and expecting a reply asap.

Brief Answer:
Gen surgeon or Urologist. You need Frenuloplasty.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,Based on the photographs and facts that you have posted it appears that you have a band of adhesion between glans penis and foreskin that is preventing retraction of foreskin completely over glans penis. However this needs to be confirmed and to rule out Phimosis by clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist.

I would like to answer your queries by point to point.
1)Foreskin and glans penis carry sensory nerve ending responsible for sensation of sexual pleasure. After doing Circumcision this sensation is delayed but helps to prolong the duration of sex which in turns helps your female partner to get orgasm.
2) This can be decided by a surgeon .Since you have no difficulty in performing sex the retraction of the foreskin can be achieved by doing a procedure called Frenuloplasty However this will be decided by a surgeon on clinical examination.
3)Frenuloplasty will not affect healing time.It will help in painless penetration of vagina during intercourse .
4)It has nothing to do with fertility and it does not affect performance of penis.
5)If circumcision is carried out for absolute indication like total Phimosis .It is helpful for sexual satisfaction.
6) Hope by partial circumcision you mean dorsal slit ( Cutting the forelkin partially on dorsal side so that it can be retracted over glans penisThis can achieve the goal but it will change the appearance of penis is not accepted by the most of the patients as for as cosmetic appearance of the penis is concerned.
7)Foreskin is more sensitive than glans.
8)I think in your case Frenuloplasty is sufficient to achieve the goal of retraction of foreskin and to have pain free and enjoyable sex.

Hope I have answered your queries Please feel free to ask if you have more questions.I shall be happy to help you.
Thanks and Regards.

Sir,

I have a couple of more questions..

1) is cosmetic surgery needed .. does it look weird after or will it be proper?
2) how long does it take to heal and involve in sex completely?
3) is it possible to do circumcision partially .. as you can see the tip of my skin is not expanding forming a ring.. which is making the foreskin not retracted.. so will it be possible to keep half foreskin there itself and rest to be removed?
4) how is the pain factor for this circumcision>
5) is it required actually to do in my case.. as i didn't have much issues having sex.
6) will the size increase if circumcision is performed?
7) in last question - you mentioned dorsal slit... ( what i meant was removal of the foreskin partially - may be half - only non retracting part.. is it possible?
8) mine on complete errection had complete foreskin and 0 retraction.. will the skin be extra after retraction if the foreskin is partially removed - the half of foreskin.
9) chances of bleeding and other complication?

please do answers to these.. thank you .
