Question: is there any loss of brain function due to cryosurgery on the top of the head?

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Cryotherapy is indicative in the treatment of cutaneous ( skin ) diseases, so, there is no side effect or damage of brain.

So, if there is impairment of brain function, it is unlikely to be related to cryotherapy.

Get evaluated by your Neurologist about mild cognitive impairment for example.
