Mrs.Subhayamma is 50 Years old and she is daibetic. She is have body pains and ankel swelling and lite pain so she took 2 tablets, 1st tablet at 9:40 & 2nd tablet at 10:15 . Tablet name is Acemiz - MR.
Could you advise any preacution for that.

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
There can be several causes for ankle swelling which should get evaluated.
Kindly follow up with a bit more information,
Do you have history of injury, breathing difficulty, chest pain, decreased urination frequency, abdominal pain, yellowish urine/eyes, prominent leg veins?
Please let me know about anti diabetic medications details as tablet pioglitazone may cause ankle swelling.
So before starting tablet acemiz MR, I think it would be better to consult with physician for detailed clinical examination (if not consulted earlier).
He may procure/advice relevant investigations liver/renal function test, thyroid profile, cardiac work up, X Ray foot as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for chronic disease, ankle injury.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Till then you can take tablet acetaminophen 500 mg three times a day.
Along with that, Use support while walking. Leg elevation may helps.
