Brief Answer:
Diabetes is causing your symptoms. Neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms of tiredness and fatigue and muscle cramps may be related to diabetes.
Impaired blood supply may be caused by diabetes which causes cramps, tiredness and fatigue.
Also you should get further evaluated doing a total blood count with formula and biochemical blood balance.
Also do HbA1c to check if the glucose levels have been normal and we'll controlled by treatment for diabetes.
You should keep it well controlled in order to reduce your symptoms.
Patients suffering from diabetes for long can suffer from neuropathy which cause the cramps.
Also iron deficiency anemia may be causing tiredness and you should check iron levels too.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
