Brief Answer:
The report is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have seen the report and the organs are fine. Scan at this time is done to rule out any organ problems.

Polyhydramnios is usually caused by any fetal kidney problem. In your case, the kidneys are fine, so there is no need to worry.
Difference in gestational age is also not of much value after 20 weeks. Sometimes babies can grow bigger for their age. Check if the mother is eating too much sugary foods. Kindly check the EDD as per her earlier scans. The difference may also be due to irregular menstrual periods.

There are no issues in this scan report. We can expect a normal delivery.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
