Question
Was up every two hours in the night, feeling I needed to urinate. But very little results. Feel achy body, no energy, occasional cramping in ovary area - although I am almost 70 years old.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Your symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection.
Other causes like neurogenic bladder can also be there.
I will suggest you to get your urine routine and microscopy examination and urine culture examination done to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
